3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of pet pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Donations made to The Love Transit Animal Rescue Foundation Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

4. Driver & Staff Policy

We do not subcontract unknown third parties. All pet care drivers are employees or dedicated volunteers trained under our organizational policies and safety standards. Your pet will never be transferred to an unapproved individual outside our organization.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of transported pets, unforeseen circumstances may arise. By booking our services, you acknowledge inherent risks associated with travel.

Full service terms are outlined in your Transportation Service Agreement.
